Analysis and Research of Miniload New Single Column Structure

  • 摘要: 立柱结构作为miniload堆垛机重要组成部分,承担了绝大部分的载荷与惯性力,高加速度会导致立柱在巷道方向产生较大挠曲变形,并增加立柱顶部的振动量,直接影响到整机的安全、运行效率及工作寿命;本文通过理论计算与有限元分析相结合的形式对新型网格式钢结构单立柱进行分析计算,以验证设计方案的可靠性、合理性和安全性,确保新型单立柱结构在轻量化设计的同时具备更优的强度和刚度,为后续新型单立柱结构的设计与优化提供参考。

     

    Abstract: As an important part of miniload stacker, the column structure bears most of the load and inertial force. High acceleration will cause large deflection of the column in the direction of roadway, and increase the vibration amount at the top of the column, which directly affects the safety, operation efficiency and working life of the whole machine. In this paper, theoretical calculation and finite element analysis are combined to analyze and calculate the single column of the new mesh steel structure, in order to verify the reliability, rationality and safety of the design scheme, to ensure that the new single column structure has better strength and stiffness in the lightweight design, and to provide reference for the subsequent design and optimization of the new single column structure.
