汽动引风机中心调整方法的优化与实践

Optimization and Practice of Center Adjustment Method for Pneumatic Induced Draft Fan

  • 摘要: 引风机的安装误差、膜片联轴器的磨损和金属材料热膨胀不均等因素会造成联轴器中心数据发生偏移,中心偏移后在检修过程中需要对其进行调整。通过电动引风机与汽动引风机中心调整过程中的差异,提出了汽动引风机在检修过程中以风轮垂直度为基准的优化调整方法,相比于传统调整方法其效果更佳。以某1000 MW机组汽动引风机中心调整过程为实例,验证了该调整方法的有效性,为同类型设备的检修提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: The installation error of the induced draft fan, wear of the diaphragm coupling, and uneven thermal expansion of the metal material can cause the center data of the coupling to deviate. After the center deviation, it needs to be adjusted during the maintenance process. Through the differences in the center adjustment process between electric induced draft fans and steam induced draft fans, an optimized adjustment method based on the verticality of the wind turbine is proposed for steam induced draft fans during maintenance. Compared with traditional adjustment methods, this method has better results. Taking the center adjustment process of a 1000 MW steam driven induced draft fan as an example, the effectiveness of this adjustment method was verified, providing technical reference for the maintenance of similar equipment.
