大载重摇摆模拟台液压系统的设计

Design of the Hydraulic System for a Large Load Rocking Simulator

  • 摘要: 具有多自由度的摇摆模拟台是常见的高精度模拟仿真运动姿态的模拟平台设备,广泛应用于船舶、航空、汽车和游乐行业。本文结合实际的摇摆台开发项目,基于特定性能需求,对摇摆模拟台的液压系统进行设计,包括验证油缸的运动规律,确定关键参数、主要元件、控制系统及控制策略等。文中涉及理论已应用于某大型模拟摇摆姿态的游乐设备上,为此类系统设计提供一种可行的参考方法,也可以作为仿真结果的理论验证。

     

    Abstract: The rocking simulator with multiple degrees of freedom is a common high-precision simulation platform for simulating motion attitude, which is widely used in ship, aviation, automobile and amusement industry. Based on specific performance requirements, this paper designs the hydraulic system of the rocking simulator, including verifying the motion law of the cylinder, determining the key parameters, main components, control system and control strategy. The theory mentioned in this paper has been applied to a large amusement equipment that simulates the rocking posture, which provides a feasible reference method for the design of such a system, and can also be used as the theoretical verification of the simulation results.
