煤矿下运皮带机阻尼托辊的设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of Damping Roller for Coal Mine Conveyor Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 针对矿井巷道运输工况复杂,皮带机运输距离长,下运皮带机易出现飞车,存在运输安全隐患大的问题,为更好的保障矿井下运皮带机的安全稳定运行,基于皮带机的主要结构及具体工作原理,为下运皮带机设计了阻尼托辊,介绍了阻尼托辊的主要结构,设计了阻尼托辊的关键构件,并进行了模拟仿真应用与实际应用测试,验证了阻尼托辊在控制皮带机运行速度方面的有效性。研究结果表明,应用阻尼托辊可有效控制下运皮带机运行速度,更好的保障皮带机实现安全,高效运行。

     

    Abstract: In response to the complex transportation conditions of mine tunnels, long transportation distances of belt conveyors, and the high risk of runaway during transportation, in order to better ensure the safe and stable operation of mine underground belt conveyors, damping rollers were designed based on the main structure and specific working principles of the belt conveyor. The main structure of the damping rollers was introduced, and the key components of the damping rollers were designed. Simulation and practical application tests were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the damping rollers in controlling the operating speed of the belt conveyor. The research results indicate that the application of damping rollers can effectively control the operating speed of the conveyor belt, better ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the conveyor belt.
