关于螺栓表面使用DLC膜层表面防护的研究分析

  • 摘要: 铝合金和钢材是重要的航空材料,广泛应用于航空航天和船舶制造等领域。由于微动磨损,导致大量零部件出现寿命降低,过早疲劳失效。为解决某型机阻尼器螺栓微动磨损问题,考虑将金刚石(DLC)膜层引入螺栓的表面防护。本文通过划痕法测量DLC膜层性能,验证类金刚石(DLC)膜层具有表面硬度高,摩擦系数低、耐磨性能好等优点,具有优异的微动磨损性能。进而对有DLC涂层与无DLC涂层的不锈钢螺栓进行疲劳性能对比试验,结果表明DLC膜层在提高耐磨性能的同时,不会降低金属的疲劳性能。

     

    Abstract: Aluminum alloy and steel are important aviation materials, which is widely used in fields such as aerospace and shipbuilding. Fretting wear results in a significant reduction in the service life of numerous components and premature fatigue failure. Through experiments, this paper verifies that diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings possess advantages such as high surface hardness, low friction coefficient, and excellent wear resistance, demonstrating outstanding fretting wear performance. Although the fatigue performance of DLC coatings is superior to that of unplated stainless steel bolts, it still lags far behind that of hard chromium-plated coatings and is thus not suitable as a coating for load-bearing components.
