永久衬垫对对接接头疲劳性能影响研究

Study on the Effect of Permanent Backing on the Fatigue Performance of Butt Welded Joints

  • 摘要: 对接接头坡口焊缝是转向架焊接构架、铁路货车中梁、铁路特种大车、起重机等箱型结构的主要接头形式,其焊接质量对上述结构的性能影响很大。根据GB/T13816-92《焊接接头脉动拉伸疲劳试验方法》,对单面焊双面成形、陶瓷衬垫、永久衬垫形成的5种接头进行了对接接头焊缝的脉动拉6疲劳试验。利用JSM-6360LV型扫描电镜分析了对接接头脉动拉伸疲劳断口的微观形貌,以研究永久焊接衬垫对接头疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,带永久衬垫并采用角焊缝定位焊的对接接头抗疲劳性能较其他形式更好,且不同定位焊方式对焊缝疲劳初始裂纹位置影响较大,为实际工程中选择合适的焊接形式提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The butt weld groove joint is a predominant joint type in box structures such as bogie welded frameworks, railway freight car center beams, specialized railway vehicles, and cranes. The quality of these welds significantly affects the performance of these structures. In accordance with the GB/T13816-92 standard, which outlines the test methods for fatigue under pulsating tensile loads in welded joints, a pulsating tensile fatigue test was conducted on five types of joints, including single-sided welds with double-sided formation, ceramic backing, and permanent backing. The microstructure of the fatigue fracture surfaces was analyzed using a JSM-6360LV scanning electron microscope (SEM) to investigate the effect of permanent backing on the fatigue performance of the joints. The results indicate that butt joints with permanent backing, combined with fillet weld tack welding, exhibited superior fatigue resistance compared to other configurations. Moreover, the initial crack location in the welds was significantly influenced by different tack welding methods, providing valuable insights for selecting appropriate welding techniques in practical engineering applications.
