中药材种子离心式丸粒化装置的设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Centrifugal Granulation Device for Traditional Chinese Medicine Seeds

  • 摘要: 为解决黄芪等小粒径的中药材种子人工播种效率低、数量不易控制和机械化播种困难等问题,设计了一种离心式丸粒化装置。该装置由机架、供粉系统、丸粒主机、自动加液单元、除尘单元、电控系统组成。为了探究中药材种子丸粒化关键技术对丸粒品质的作用,进行中药材种子丸粒化过程的接触力学分析。通过离散元EDEM仿真软件,以旋转速度、供粉速度以及离心盘直径为变量,采用Box-Behnken试验并进行了验证。仿真试验表明,在离心盘的转速为11.6 r/s、供粉速度为10.05 g/s、离心盘的直径为859 mm条件下,此时装置的成丸合格率为95.5%。同时进行了丸粒化装置的实际试验验证与发芽率试验,实际结果表明,仿真试验与实际试验的误差在5%以内,仿真结果具有一定的参考价值,可为装置的结构和工艺参数优化提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low artificial seeding efficiency, difficult quantity control and difficult mechanized seeding of Astragalus membranaceus and other small particle size seeds of traditional Chinese medicine, a centrifugal pelleting device was designed. The device is composed of frame, powder supply system, shot host, automatic liquid adding unit, dust removal unit and electric control system. In order to explore the effect of the key technology of seed pelleting of traditional Chinese medicine on the quality of pellets, the contact mechanics analysis of seed pelleting process of traditional Chinese medicine was carried out. Through the discrete element edem simulation software, taking the rotation speed, powder feeding speed and centrifugal disc diameter as variables, box Behnken test was used and verified. The simulation test shows that the qualified rate of the device is 95.5% when the rotating speed of the centrifugal disc is 11.6 r/s, the powder feeding speed is 10.05 g/s, and the diameter of the centrifugal disc is 859 mm. At the same time, the actual test verification and germination rate test of the pelleting device were carried out. The actual results showed that the error between the simulation test and the actual test was less than 5%, and the simulation results had certain reference value, which could provide reference for the structure and process parameter optimization of the device.
