热泵洗烘机新风系统的设计及有限元分析

Design and Finite Element Analysis of Fresh Air System of Heat Pump Washer and Dryer

  • 摘要: 从传统热泵洗烘一体机出发,对当代热泵洗烘一体机风道进行了分析研究。在保证两器规格尺寸及能力最优的条件下,设计了新的风道。然后利用CFD流体分析工具,全面对风道进行流体分析与优化,其次对热泵系统离心风扇、过滤组件进行了设计与优化,给出了创新设计的新风系统。最后,在确保热泵系统工况稳定的条件下,通过试验测试,优化后的风量比优化前风量提升34.1%,热泵系统制热量提升16.4%。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the traditional heat pump washer and dryer, the air duct of the contemporary heat pump washer and dryer is analyzed and studied. Under the condition of ensuring the optimum size and capacity of the two units, a new air duct is designed. Then the CFD fluid analysis tool is used to analyze and optimize the air duct comprehensively, Secondly, the centrifugal fan filtration system of the heat pump system are designed and optimized and the innovative design of fresh air system is presented. Finally, under the condition of ensuring the stable working condition of the heat pump system, the optimized air volume is 34.1% higher than that before optimization, and the heat pump system increases the heat production by 20.6%.
