Abstract:
Starting from the traditional heat pump washer and dryer, the air duct of the contemporary heat pump washer and dryer is analyzed and studied. Under the condition of ensuring the optimum size and capacity of the two units, a new air duct is designed. Then the CFD fluid analysis tool is used to analyze and optimize the air duct comprehensively, Secondly, the centrifugal fan filtration system of the heat pump system are designed and optimized and the innovative design of fresh air system is presented. Finally, under the condition of ensuring the stable working condition of the heat pump system, the optimized air volume is 34.1% higher than that before optimization, and the heat pump system increases the heat production by 20.6%.
