Optimization Design of a Pump-based Fire Suppression System Using Perfluoro

  • 摘要: 本文根据实际生产需要,提出一种针对储能电池安全防护的火灾抑制装置,文中重点对原有的泵组式全氟己酮火灾抑制装置的整体结构和密封性进行了优化设计,并通过产品组装后的密封性测试和整机振动测试验证了其功能的可靠性,对于泵组式全氟己酮火灾抑制装置以及相关设备的研发有一定参考价值和意义。

     

    Abstract: According to the actual production needs, this paper proposes a fire suppression device for the safety protection of energy storage battery. In this paper, the overall structure and sealing property of the original pump type perfluoro fire suppression device are optimized, and the reliability of its function is verified through the sealing test and vibration test after the product assembly. It has certain reference value and significance for the research and development of pump type perfluoro fire suppression device and related equipment.
