新型煤矸石智能分选机的应用实践

Application of Intelligent Separation and Grinding Machine in Coalmine

  • 摘要: 煤矸石的智能分选是矿井提高经济效益、实现绿色开采的有效手段。笔者基于原有煤矸分离工艺的研究,引入图像识别技术和TDS智能干选机器人加持下的煤矸石智能分选机,提出了降本增效的新型筛分工艺。在对不同粒径煤实现智能识别技术的基础上,更高效的进行煤流筛分。经现场投入生产使用后,每月可提高煤炭销售额约225万元,该方案的实施对于新的煤矸分离技术发展有一些参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Underground coal gangue intelligent dry separation was an effective technical means to realize green mining in coalmines. The author combining with the technological process of intelligent dry separation system, the design idea of underground intelligent dry separation system was proposed. On this basis, the corresponding analysis model is established according to the coal quality characteristics of selected raw coal, big data analysis is used to carry out digital identification of coal and gangue. Results shows that, reduce manpower and improve sales volume 2.25 million per month, provide new vitality and new kinetic energy for the high-quality development of mine production and management.
