新型煤矸石智能分选机的应用实践

Application Practice of a New Intelligent Coal Gangue Sorting Machine

  • 摘要: 煤矸石的智能分选是矿井提高经济效益、实现绿色开采的有效手段。该文基于原有煤矸分离工艺的研究,将图像识别技术与TDS智能干选机器人集成于煤矸石分选系统,开发出新型智能分选装备,并提出相应的优化筛分工艺,显著提升了分选效率并降低了运营成本。该系统能够基于不同粒径煤实现精准识别,实现更高效的煤流筛分。经现场投入生产使用后,每月可提高煤炭销售额约225万元,该方案的实施对于新的煤矸分离技术的发展有一定的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Underground coal gangue intelligent dry separation was an effective technical means to realize green mining in coalmines. By integrating image recognition technology and TDS intelligent dry sorting robot in gangue sorting system, new intelligent sorting equipment is developed and corresponding optimized screening process is proposed, which significantly improves the sorting efficiency and reduces the operation cost. On this basis, the corresponding analysis model is established according to the coal quality characteristics of selected raw coal, big data analysis is used to carry out digital identification of coal and gangue. Results shows that, reduce manpower and improve sales volume 2.25 million per month, provide new vitality and new kinetic energy for the high-quality development of mine production and management.
