电热水壶把手脱落原因探究

Exploration into the Reasons for the Detachment of Electric Kettle Handle

  • 摘要: 电热水壶具有加热速度快、保温效果好、式样多等优点。当前人们生活中经常用到电热水壶,但是在使用过程中,热水壶也存在结构失效的问题。该文针对某电热水壶在使用过程中把手脱落的情况,通过螺钉检测和力学分析,得出把手脱落的原因为:用于固定把手的螺钉长度偏短;连接把手的钢片下折弯段螺孔过大;壶体与把手之间连接的钢片上折弯段长度不足;钢片上折弯段依靠插入把手斜卡槽进行固定的方式可靠性较差。所得结果可为热水壶把手设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Electric kettles have the advantages of fast heating speed, good insulation effect, and multiple styles. People often use electric kettles in their daily lives, but there have also been cases where the structure of the kettle fails during use. In response to the situation where the handle of a certain electric kettle fell off during use, through screw detection and mechanical analysis, the reasons for the handle falling off were found to be: the length of the screw fixing the handle was too short, the screw hole of the lower bending section of the steel plate connecting the handle was too large, and the length of the upper bending section of the steel plate connecting the kettle body and the handle was too short. The upper bending section of the steel plate was fixed by inserting it into the handle's inclined slot, causing the handle to fall off. The obtained results can provide reference for the design of hot water kettle handles.
