矿井水泵房智能巡检机器人系统的设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of Intelligent Inspection System for Mine Water Pump Room

  • 摘要: 针对矿井水泵房巡检工作中自动化与智能化水平低、巡检效率不高等问题,该文基于智能机器人技术与自动化监测技术,对泵房巡检系统进行了优化,设计了一套泵房智能巡检系统。该系统以移动式智能机器人为核心载体,集成有害气体传感器、热成像传感器及多种可见光传感器,实现了对泵房设备的智能化巡检。应用测试表明:该系统运行稳定,数据采集速度快、精度高,能有效避免人工巡检中存在的漏检、错检问题,显著降低了巡检成本,提升了工作效率。研究成果可为矿井水泵房智能巡检系统的设计与应用提供有益参考。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of low automation and intelligence levels and low inspection efficiency in the inspection of mine pump rooms, this study optimized the pump room inspection system based on intelligent robot technology and automated monitoring technology, and designed an intelligent inspection system for water pump rooms. The system, centered around a mobile intelligent robot, integrated harmful gas sensors, thermal imaging sensors, and various visible light sensors to enable intelligent inspection of pump room equipment. Application tests showed that the system operated stably, with fast data acquisition speed and high accuracy. It effectively avoided problems such as missed or incorrect detections common in manual inspections, significantly reduced inspection costs, and improved work efficiency. The research results provide valuable reference for the design and application of intelligent inspection systems in mine pump rooms.
