Abstract:
In response to the shortcomings of low automation and intelligence level and low inspection efficiency in the inspection work of mine water pump rooms, based on intelligent robot technology and automation monitoring technology, the pump room inspection system was optimized, and an intelligent inspection system for pump rooms was designed. The article focuses on using mobile intelligent robots as carriers, combined with various harmful gas sensors, thermal imaging sensors, and various visible light sensors, to achieve intelligent inspection of pump room equipment. After application testing and verification, the intelligent inspection system runs stably, has fast data collection speed, high accuracy, can effectively avoid missed and false detections in manual inspection, save equipment inspection costs, and improve inspection efficiency. This design can provide reference for the design of intelligent inspection systems for mine water pump rooms.
