矿井水泵房智能巡检机器人系统的设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of Intelligent Inspection System for Mine Water Pump Room

  • 摘要: 针对矿井水泵房巡检工作现存的自动化智能化水平低,巡检效率低等不足,基于智能机器人技术与自动化监测技术,优化了泵房巡检系统,设计了泵房智能巡检系统,文中重点通过以移动式智能机器人为载体,配合应用各种有害气体传感器,热成像传感器以及各种可见光传感器,实现了泵房设备的智能巡检,经应用测试验证:该智能巡检系统运行稳定,采集数据速度快,精度高,可有效避免人工巡检存在的漏检,错检现象,节约了设备巡检成本,提高了巡检效率,该设计可为矿井水泵房智能巡检系统的设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In response to the shortcomings of low automation and intelligence level and low inspection efficiency in the inspection work of mine water pump rooms, based on intelligent robot technology and automation monitoring technology, the pump room inspection system was optimized, and an intelligent inspection system for pump rooms was designed. The article focuses on using mobile intelligent robots as carriers, combined with various harmful gas sensors, thermal imaging sensors, and various visible light sensors, to achieve intelligent inspection of pump room equipment. After application testing and verification, the intelligent inspection system runs stably, has fast data collection speed, high accuracy, can effectively avoid missed and false detections in manual inspection, save equipment inspection costs, and improve inspection efficiency. This design can provide reference for the design of intelligent inspection systems for mine water pump rooms.
