自动化海洋修井机的设计应用

The Design and Application of Automated Offshore Workover Rig

  • 摘要: 通过分析国内海洋修井机的整体配套和使用现状,发现在役的海洋修井机普遍存在劳动强度大、危险性高以及自动化智能化程度低等诸多短板。传统的修井作业模式已逐渐不能满足现代化作业的需求。基于此,研发了国内自动化、智能化程度最高的海洋修井机系统。文中具体对管柱处理设备、司钻控制系统、维保系统及火气系统等进行了研发设计和升级,并在总装试验场开展了一系列总装调试,最后通过海上实际应用验证了本修井机系统的设计和功能。现场使用表明,该修井机系统改变了传统的修井作业模式,极大提升了国内海洋修井机的整体水平,为后续海洋修井机的研究和发展提供了很好的借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing the overall configuration and working status of domestic offshore workover rigs, it is found that high labor intensity and safety risks as well as low degree of automation and intelligence are among the most prominent features of in-service offshore workover rigs. Traditional workover mode is gradually unable to meet the high requirements of modern operations. In view of this, the most automated and intelligent offshore workover rig system in China has been developed. The pipe handling equipment, driller control system, maintenance system as well as fire and gas system were mainly researched, designed and upgraded in this paper. A series of assembly and debugging were carried out at LSPE assembly site. Finally, the design and function of this workover rig system were verified through practical application at offshore platforms, which shows that this workover rig system has greatly changed traditional workover mode and improved the overall level of domestic offshore workover rigs. This application has provided valuable reference and guidance for future research and development of offshore workover rigs.
