基于西门子PLC的RGV物流机器人设计

Design of Rail-Guided Vehicle Based on Siemens PLC

  • 摘要: 针对现有仓库运输设备载重有限、自动化程度较低、稳定性较差等问题,设计了一种RGV(Rail Guided Vehicle)物流机器人。分析了RGV的主要结构和工作原理,设计了RGV的整体机械结构;基于西门子S7-1200 PLC设计了RGV控制系统,主要包括电气控制硬件电路设计、控制系统程序编写;通过MCGS软件设计了人机交互界面,包括设备即时数据、任务下发、手动控制及报警信息显示等功能。试验表明该RGV设备可实现全自动运输,满足仓库运输作业要求,运输精度好、可靠性高。

     

    Abstract: In response to the limitations of existing warehouse transportation equipment, such as limited load capacity, low level of automation, and poor stability, a Rail-Guided Vehicle (RGV) logistics robot is designed. This paper analyzes the main structure and working principle of the RGV and designs the overall mechanical structure of the RGV. Based on the Siemens S7-1200 PLC, the RGV control system is designed, which mainly includes the design of the electrical control hardware circuit and the programming of the control system. The human-machine interaction interface is designed using MCGS software, incorporating functions such as real-time equipment data, task distribution, manual control, and alarm information display. Experimental results show that the RGV equipment can achieve fully automatic transportation, meet the requirements of warehouse transportation operations, and exhibit good transportation precision and high reliability.
