轮毂轴承装车外径径跳水平提升改善研究

Research on Improving the Horizontal Radial Runout of Hub Bearings after Installation

  • 摘要: 轮毂轴承外径径跳通常指的是轴承在工作时其外径出现的跳动现象,将会造成轴承磨损、工作精度降低及振动等影响。本文以降低三代轮毂轴承装车外径径跳水平为研究目标,细致分析了影响其精确度的主要因素,得出内法兰外径同轴度是影响轮毂轴承径跳水平的显著因素。针对此因素,对现有工艺系统进行全面分析改善,提出两种技术方案,使其在装车外径径跳≤0.03 mm的技术指标下,均可将轮毂轴承成品合格率提升至96%以上。

     

    Abstract: The run-out of the outer diameter of the hub bearing usually refers to the run-out of the outer diameter of the bearing during operation, which will cause bearing wear, reduced working accuracy and vibration. Taking the reduction of the outer diameter run-out level of the third generation hub bearing as the research objective, the main factors affecting the accuracy are analyzed in detail. It is concluded that the coaxiality of the outer diameter of the inner flange is a significant factor affecting the run-out level of the hub bearing. Aiming at this factor, the existing process system is comprehensively analyzed and improved, and two technical schemes are put forward, so that the qualified rate of the finished hub bearing can be increased to above 96% under the technical index of the loading outer diameter run-out ≤ 0.03 mm.
