某乘用车外后视镜模态仿真试验及结构优化分析

Modal Simulation Test and Structural Optimization Analysis of Exterior Rearview Mirror of a Passenger Car

  • 摘要: 外后视镜的镜片抖动特性是外后视镜性能的重要评价指标,而其模态是影响在整车上镜片抖动性能的重要因素。本文针对某乘用车外后视镜模态参数中的1阶固有频率不满足设计的问题,通过对外后视镜结构的分析,提出了三种优化方案,并对优化方案进行模态仿真分析和试验验证,验证优化方案的可靠性,提前规避了外后视镜的抖动风险。

     

    Abstract: The vibration characteristics of external mirrors are the important evaluation indicators of exterior rearview mirror, and its modal are an important factor which would affect the vibration performance of the glass on the car. In this paper, for the situation that the initial natural frequency of the exterior mirror of a passenger car doesn’t meet the design requirement, three optimized structures are proposed through the analysis of the structure, the simulation and test analysis. The results confirmed the three optimized structures were effective to avoid the risk of vibration of the exterior mirror in advance.
