机械抓手轻量化设计研究

Research on Lightweight Design of a Mechanical Gripper

  • 摘要: 轻量化设计可以提高机械抓手的动态响应速度、降低能耗并提升整体系统的稳定性。该文基于蜉蝣算法提出了一种机械抓手轻量化设计方法,论述了其原理及在轻量化设计中的应用。然后应用该方法优化设计了一款三抓机械手。最后通过对机械抓手的建模及优化分析验证了设计的有效性。该方法在保证机械抓手强度的前提下能有效减轻抓手质量,在降低运行成本、提高机械抓手运行效率方面具有重要价值及意义。

     

    Abstract: Lightweight design of mechanical grippers can enhance the dynamic response speed, reduce energy consumption, and enhance the stability of the overall system. Based on the Mayfly algorithm, a method for lightweight designing of mechanical grippers is proposed in this paper. The principle of the proposed method and its application in lightweight design are discussed. To validate the effectiveness of this method, a three-finger gripper is lightweight designed by the proposed method. Through modeling and optimization analysis of a mechanical gripper, the effectiveness of the design method is verified. From the results, it can be found that the proposed method effectively reduces the gripper’s weight while maintaining its structural strength. The proposed method has important value and significance in reducing operating cost and improving operating efficiency of the mechanical gripper.
