Design Andapplication Analysis of Dust Prevention Device for Flexible Adaptive Hydraulic Support in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

  • 摘要: 大采高综采工作面所用液压支架架间易产生大量的粉尘,严重影响安全生产及危害作业人员身心健康,为有效解决上述问题,以132202综采工作面液压支架应用工况为例,分析了降柱移架过程中主要的产尘点,得出支架掩护梁及顶梁铰接处为主要产尘点,通过分析传统防尘装置存在的问题,发现采用胶皮与滑槽结合进行防尘,易出现因刚性滑槽受力不均衡,产生扭转影响防尘效果的问题,对此设计了一种以胶皮为主的柔性自适应液压支架防尘装置,并进行了现场应用测试,结果表明:应用该新防尘装置后,液压支架间的降尘效率可达94%左右,改善了工人作业环境,降低了粉尘清理工作量,达到了较好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: A large amount of dust is easily generated between the hydraulic supports used in the fully mechanized mining face with high mining height, which seriously affects safety production and endangers the physical and mental health of workers. In order to effectively solve the above problems, taking the application conditions of the hydraulic supports in the 132202 fully mechanized mining face as an example, the main dust production points in the process of lowering the column and moving the supports were analyzed. It was found that the main dust production points were the support shield beam and the top beam hinge. By analyzing the problems of traditional dust prevention devices, it was found that using a combination of rubber and sliding groove for dust prevention is prone to the problem of uneven force on the rigid sliding groove, which affects the dust prevention effect due to torsion. A flexible adaptive hydraulic support dust prevention device mainly made of rubber was designed and tested on site. The results showed that the application of this new dust prevention device was effective. Afterwards, the dust reduction efficiency between hydraulic supports can reach about 94%, Improved the working environment for workers, reduced the workload of dust cleaning, and achieved good application results.
