  • 摘要: 通过探讨土壤团聚体及其对土壤结构和作物生长的重要性,并针对现有土壤团粒分析仪存在的问题,设计一种土壤团粒分析仪,包括机械本体、驱动装置、控制系统、曲柄滑块机构、筛分组件和限位装置等部分。通过对驱动装置、曲柄滑块机构及筛分组件进行优化,确保筛分组件在竖直方向上稳定运动,有效避免筛分过程中的晃动。将驱动装置设置于筛分组件的上部区域,降低分析仪在使用过程中的事故隐患风险。通过土壤样品的测试,验证分析仪具有较好稳定性和准确性。这一研究成果对于提升土壤分析技术的水平、确保测试结果的可靠性具有重要意义,同时也为相关领域的科学研究和技术应用提供了有力的支持。

     

    Abstract: By exploring soil aggregates and their importance to soil structure and crop growth, and addressing the problems with existing soil particle analyzers, a soil particle analyzer is designed, including mechanical body, driving device, control system, crank slider mechanism, screening component, and limit device. By optimizing the driving device, crank-slider mechanism, and screening components, we ensure stable vertical movement of the screening components, effectively preventing shaking during the screening process. The driving device is positioned in the upper area of the screening component to minimize the risk of accidents during analyzer usage. Through testing soil samples, we have verified that the analyzer exhibits excellent stability and accuracy. This research achievement holds significant importance in enhancing soil analysis technology, ensuring test result reliability, and offering robust support for scientific research and technological applications in related fields.
