Abstract:
This article proposes a grain collection system for inbound ships based on UVA in grain quarantine sampling. The system consists of functional modules such as multi rotor unmanned aerial vehicles, deployment and recovery device, sampling device, and control system. The drone flies over the ship to be inspected, and the system is controlled to lower and retrieve the sampling device through the feeding and retrieval mechanism. The sampling device completes the collection of grain samples through a three jaw turntable. The system samples grains at a single point of 50~100 g, with a storage weight of 2 000 g±1 000 g. The system is fully automated and works for no less than 30 minutes. This system can achieve automatic and multi-point collection of grain samples from inbound ships, with simple operation and uniform sampling. It overcomes the difficulties faced by manual sampling methods, such as high labor intensity, low sampling efficiency, and poor operational standardization, which are mostly used for grain quarantine in imported ship holds in China. It ensures the safety of customs inspection & quarantine personnel while improving work efficiency.
