Fracture Analysis and Improvement Research on 42CrMo Steel Pull Rod of DMS Soluble Ball Seat

  • 摘要: 基于可溶球座射孔联作压裂作业过程出现的拉杆断裂问题,通过断口宏观分析、受力分析、化学成分分析、硬度检测、金相组织分析和拉伸性能试验,分析了拉杆断裂原因。结果显示,拉杆断裂主要原因是拉杆抗拉强度不足和材料组织性能差两个方面因素。并提出拉杆防断裂改进措施:提高调质硬度、改进热处理工艺和优化拉杆设计等三个措施。

     

    Abstract: Based on the fracture problem of pull rod in the process of joint operation of soluble tee segmentation and cluster perforation, through fracture macro-analysis, force analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic structure analysis and tensile property test, analyzed comprehensively reasons for fracture of pull rod. The results showed that the main causes of fracture of pull rod were the two factors: tensile strength of pull rod was insufficient; the performance of material organization was poor.Proposed three improvement measures for anti-fracture design of pull rod: the tempering hardness should be increased;the heat treatment process should be improved; the design of pull rod should be optimized.
