Process Method of Stainless Steel Piston Ring for Power Plant Steam Turbine

  • 摘要: 06Cr19Ni10不锈钢材质大型薄壁圆环工件,其中径向尺寸远大于轴向尺寸易产生翘曲变形,导致工件正、反面跳动及表面粗糙度精度超差难题,同时具有Z字形搭接面结构特征,接配间隙合格情况下更不易保证精密尺寸及形位公差的要求,基于上述存在的问题,通过分析不锈钢材质特性及工件结构特点,设计了组合夹具与工艺流程。实践证明,所设计的组合夹具与加工工艺保证了工件精度。该方法对类似零件生产具有很好的借鉴和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: For large thin-walled circular workpieces made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel material, where the radial dimension is much larger than the axial dimension, it is prone to warping deformation, resulting in problems such as front and back runout and surface roughness accuracy exceeding the tolerance.At the same time, it has the characteristics of Z-shaped coatings. It is difficult to ensure that the segments are qualified and it is not easy to ensure the requirements of precision size and position tolerance.By analyzing the characteristics of stainless steel material and workpiece structure, a combination fixture and process flow were designed.Practice has proven that the designed combination fixture and processing technology ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.This method has good reference and promotion value for the production of similar parts.
