基于装配尺寸链的车灯组装设备精度研究

Research on the Accuracy of Automotive Lighting Assembly Equipment based on Assembly Dimensional Chain

  • 摘要: 车灯组装线由不同功能的设备组成,而精度作为设备的关键性能指标,是灯具生产良率的重要保证。以设备的托盘顶升机构为例,借助装配尺寸链的公差分析与计算,确定机构的理论装配精度。采用精密仪器对各托盘进行多点位高度值测量,并根据实测值和理论值计算出设备精度指数,确保设备达成设计精度要求,满足出厂验收条件。

     

    Abstract: The automotive lighting assembly line is composed of equipments with different functions, as a critical performance index of equipment, accuracy is the guarantee for the yield of lighting. Taking the pallet jacking mechanism of the equipment as an example, with the help of tolerance analysis and calculation of assembly dimensional chain to determin the theoretical assembly accuracy. Then using precise instruments to measure the height value of each pallet at multiple ponits and calculate the equipment accuracy index according to the measured value and theoretical value, to ensure that the equipment meets the design accuracy requirements and the factory acceptance conditions.
