Abstract:
To address the low automation and intelligence levels of existing mine power supply systems and the frequent occurrence of overstep tripping, this paper based on the shortcomings of current high-voltage integrated protection systems for mines and considering the main functions that such systems should possess, designs a new high-voltage integrated protection device using ARM and FPGA controllers. The paper focuses on the overall structure of the device and details the design and application testing of both its hardware and software. Test results show that the proposed high-voltage integrated protection device can effectively prevent overstep tripping in mine power supply systems, improve the automation and intelligence level of system operation, and better ensure the safe, stable, and continuous operation of mine power supply systems.
