矿井供电系统高压综合保护装置的设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of High Voltage Comprehensive Protection Device for Mine Power Supply System

  • 摘要: 针对矿井现用供电系统自动化、智能化水平低,易出现越级跳闸的问题,该文基于当前矿用高压综合保护系统存在的不足,结合高压综合保障装置应具备的主要功能,应用ARM控制器与FPAG控制器设计了新的矿用高压综合保护装置,重点介绍了该装置的整体结构,并对装置的硬件部分及软件部分进行了设计及应用测试,测试结果表明:应用该高压综合保护装置可有效防治矿井供电系统的越级跳闸问题,提升了矿井供电系统运行的自动化、智能化水平,达到了更好保障矿井供电系统的安全稳定及连续运行的目的。

     

    Abstract: To address the low automation and intelligence levels of existing mine power supply systems and the frequent occurrence of overstep tripping, this paper based on the shortcomings of current high-voltage integrated protection systems for mines and considering the main functions that such systems should possess, designs a new high-voltage integrated protection device using ARM and FPGA controllers. The paper focuses on the overall structure of the device and details the design and application testing of both its hardware and software. Test results show that the proposed high-voltage integrated protection device can effectively prevent overstep tripping in mine power supply systems, improve the automation and intelligence level of system operation, and better ensure the safe, stable, and continuous operation of mine power supply systems.
