  • 摘要: 为解决污水处理设备轻量化、减少设备材料用量;通过力学分析研究了瓦楞结构箱体和平板结构箱体在相同尺寸、水压和变形量下瓦楞结构节约材料10%;同时对瓦楞板的齿形和厚度进行了研究,推荐瓦楞板齿形折弯角为135°,折弯宽度大于140 mm,并推荐了各水压瓦楞板厚度用量;本研究对水处理设备轻量化设计提供了理论依据,并对降低箱体材料用量提供了一定参考。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of lightweight sewage treatment equipment and reduce equipment material consumption, a mechanical analysis was conducted to study the material savings of 10% for corrugated structure boxes and flat structure boxes under the same size, water pressure, and deformation; At the same time, the tooth shape and thickness of the corrugated board were studied, and it was recommended that the bending angle of the corrugated board tooth shape be 135°, the bending width be greater than 140 mm, and the thickness of each water pressure corrugated board be recommended; This study provides a theoretical basis for lightweight design of water treatment equipment and offers some reference for reducing the amount of box material used.
