To solve the problem of lightweight sewage treatment equipment and reduce equipment material consumption, a mechanical analysis was conducted to study the material savings of 10% for corrugated structure boxes and flat structure boxes under the same size, water pressure, and deformation; At the same time, the tooth shape and thickness of the corrugated board were studied, and it was recommended that the bending angle of the corrugated board tooth shape be 135°, the bending width be greater than 140 mm, and the thickness of each water pressure corrugated board be recommended; This study provides a theoretical basis for lightweight design of water treatment equipment and offers some reference for reducing the amount of box material used.
