Abstract:
In response to the problem of loud noise from the flipping device used in the welding pipe processing and the easy deformation of the pipe caused by the collision between the pipe and the cold bed, this paper designs a low-noise flipping device for welding pipe processing. By forming an openable and closable welding pipe support structure with a material groove and a bracket, the bracket angle rolls with the falling of the welding pipe during flipping and unloading, making it easy to slowly lower the pipeline onto the cold bed, avoiding the vertical dropping of the steel pipe, and solving the problem of loud noise from the flipping device used in the welding pipe processing and the easy deformation of the pipe caused by the collision between the pipe and the cold bed.
