Integrated CAD/CAE Design Platform for High-speed Rolling Stock Wheels

  • 摘要: 就高速动车组而言,车轮是转向架的重要组件,也是确保列车安全运行的关键部件。针对传统车轮设计上面临的效率低、周期长、质量难以保证等问题,提出一种基于CAD/CAE集成技术的车轮性能通用设计方法。首先以 Visual Basic为平台,开发了一个高速动车组车轮CAD/CAE集成设计平台;然后使用 Solidworks完成车轮三维模型搭建;最后导入Ansys Workbench完成车轮的强度与疲劳寿命分析。算例分析表明:该平台可以实现高速动车组车轮的CAD参数化建模,并对轮对承载强度、轮轴压装强度、轮轨接触强度和车轮疲劳寿命CAE集成分析。研究成果为动车组产品研发提供了易于操作的专业化CAD/CAE集成开发工具,平台可以快速完成轮对综合设计,设计效率高、通用性与实用性好。

     

    Abstract: As far as high-speed trainsets are concerned, wheels are an important component of bogies and a key component to ensure the safe operation of trains. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, long cycle time, and difficult to ensure the quality of traditional wheel design, a universal design method of wheel performance based on CAD/CAE integration technology is proposed. Firstly, a CAD/CAE integrated design platform for high-speed rolling stock wheels is developed with Visual Basic as the platform; then the 3D model of wheels is built with Solidworks; finally, the strength and fatigue life analyses of wheels are done by importing Ansys Workbench. Case analysis shows that the platform can achieve CAD parametric modelling of high-speed rolling stock wheels, and CAE integrated analysis of wheel pair bearing strength, axle compression strength, wheel-rail contact strength and wheel fatigue life. The research results provide an easy-to-operate professional CAD/CAE integrated development tool for the product development of rolling stock, and the platform can quickly complete the comprehensive design of wheel pairs, with high design efficiency, versatility and practicality.
