  • 摘要: 针对采煤机截煤跟踪降尘系统各设备间现用的有线连接方式存在线路易扯断,不易安装,后期难维护等不足等问题,基于无线通信技术设计了一种采煤机截煤跟踪喷雾系统,设计了该系统的总体架构,分析了采煤机跟踪定位技术,重点设计了喷雾控制箱,并进行了喷雾功能模拟实验验证,结果表明:该喷雾系统能按照实际喷雾需求,合理的开启与关闭电动球阀,达到了较好的喷雾降尘效果,且喷雾系统各设备间采用无线通信技术后,设备间的连接线路减少,喷雾系统更易安装与维护,应用效果较好,该降尘系统具有一定的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively solve the above problems, based on wireless communication technology, a shearer coal cutting tracking spray system was designed, the overall structure of the system was designed, the tracking and positioning technology of the shearer was analyzed, the spray control box was designed, and the spray function simulation experiment was carried out. The results showed that the spray system could reasonably open and close the electric ball valve according to the actual spray demand, achieving a better spray dust reduction effect. After the wireless communication technology was used in the equipment of the spray system, the equipment The spray system is easier to install and maintain, and the application effect is good. The dust suppression system has certain promotion and application value.
