码盘机升降传动系统设计与仿真

The Design and Simulation of Transmission Component for Pallet Stacking Machine

  • 摘要: 码盘机是自动化立体仓库中物流输送线上用于将一定数量的托盘进行堆叠成组的关键设备,其升降传动系统是实现堆叠功能的核心部件。该文在分析设计输入条件的基础上,设计了一种适用于 1 300×1 100×150 mm尺寸托盘的码盘机升降传动系统,对电机进行了选型计算,对传动轴进行了结构设计,并利用 SolidWorks 力学仿真模块对其应力分布与安全系数进行了校核,验证了所设计升降传动系统的合理性与可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The pallet stacking machine is a key piece of equipment on the logistics conveying line of automated warehouses, used to stack a certain number of pallets into groups. Its lifting transmission system is the core component that enables the stacking function. Based on an analysis of the design input conditions, this paper designs a lifting transmission system for a pallet stacking machine suitable for pallets with dimensions of 1 300×1 100×150 mm. Motor selection and transmission shaft structural design were carried out, and the stress distribution and safety factor were verified using the SolidWorks mechanical simulation module. The results confirm the rationality and reliability of the designed lifting transmission system.
