选煤厂重介分选精煤灰分自动控制系统开发与应用

Development and Application of Automatic Control System for Ash Content of Dense Medium Separation Clean Coal in Coal Preparation Plant

  • 摘要: 为了提升选煤厂煤炭分选效果,提出一种重介分选精煤灰分自动控制系统设计方案。首先,介绍了自动控制系统的总体框架,然后分别详细分析了灰分在线检测、灰分预测与SPC分析、闭环控制算法等主要功能模块的设计。最后,利用实践应用对自动控制系统应用效果进行了验证。通过实践应用观察可以发现,采用自动控制系统后,精煤灰分基本稳定在10.6%~11.2%范围内,符合规定要求(10.5%~11.5%),可将自动控制系统大规模推广,为提升选煤厂煤炭分选效果提供了技术支持和参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the coal sorting efficiency of coal preparation plants, a design scheme for an automatic control system of ash content in dense medium sorted clean coal is proposed. Firstly, the overall framework of the automatic control system was introduced, and then the design of the main functional modules such as online ash detection, ash prediction and SPC analysis, and closed-loop control algorithm were analyzed in detail. Finally, the application effect of the automatic control system was verified through practical application. Through practical application observation, it can be found that after adopting the automatic control system, the ash content of clean coal is basically stable within the range of 10.6% to 11.2%, which meets the prescribed requirements (10.5% to 11.5%). The automatic control system can be widely promoted, providing important assistance for improving the coal sorting efficiency of coal preparation plants.
