Optimized Design of Pneumatic Door Structure for Vertical Machining Center

  • 摘要: 随着数控机床新技术的发展及工业自动化的广泛应用,数控机床的自动化水平得到大幅提高,越来越多数控机床的防护门需要适配各类自动化场景,满足无人化生产需求。阐述防护自动门的发展现状和结构特点,对比三种主要的自动门结构,基于经济性对立式加工中心气动门结构进行优化设计,优化后的气动门具备结构稳定可靠、信号采集准确、安装调试简易、维护使用方便、成本低等优点,能够提高机床加工效率,为立式加工中心自动门装置提供了一种高效可行的方案,有助于机床自动化、智能化水平的提高。

     

    Abstract: With the development of new technologies in CNC machine tools and the wide application of industrial automation, the automation level of CNC machine tools has been significantly improved. More and more protective doors of CNC machine tools need to be adapted to various automated scenarios to meet the requirements of unmanned production. This paper expounds the development status and structural characteristics of protective automatic doors, compares three main types of automatic door structures, and optimizes the pneumatic door structure of vertical machining centers based on economy. The optimized pneumatic door has the advantages of stable and reliable structure, accurate signal collection, simple installation and debugging, convenient maintenance and use, and low cost. It can improve the processing efficiency of machine tools and provide an efficient and feasible solution for the automatic door device of vertical machining centers, which is conducive to the improvement of the automation and intelligence level of machine tools.
