典型航空滚珠丝杠副回珠流畅性技术研究

Research on the Ball Return Fluency of Typical Forms of Ball Screw in Aviation

  • 摘要: 滚珠丝杠副是航空直线作动常用的执行机构,其卡滞故障是影响作动可靠性的主要故障模式,基于航空作动需求,对目前航空滚珠丝杠副常用形式——插管式外循环、内循环和全循环三种形式的滚珠丝杠副进行回珠流畅性分析,并通过动力学仿真,确定各形式滚珠丝杠副回珠流畅的设计参数,同时对三种形式的回珠流畅性进行比较,结果表面插管式外循环滚珠丝杠副,回程角15°时回珠流畅性最优;全循环滚珠丝杠副回珠流畅性要明显优于其他两种形式,尤其是在高速运转的场合,优势非常明显。

     

    Abstract: Ball screw is a commonly used actuator for linear motion in aviation, and jamming fault is the main failure mode that affects the reliability of the ball screw actuation. Based on the requirements of aviation actuation, the ball return fluency of the three commonly used forms of ball screw in aviation, which is the intubation external circulation, the internal circulation and the full circulation was analyzed. through dynamic simulation, the design parameters for the ball return fluency of each type of ball screw were determined, and the ball return fluency of the three types was compared. the result show that the intubation external circulation ball screw with a return angle of 15° has the best ball return fluency, and the ball return fluency of the full circulation ball screw is significantly better than that of the other two types, especially in high-speed operation, with a very obvious advantage.
