一种家用别墅电梯的井道布置及轿架结构设计

A kind of Domestic Villa Lift's Well Layout and Car Frame Structure Design

  • 摘要: 随着目前别墅梯市场日益增多的非标需求,特别是小顶层及小底坑的特殊井道尺寸,为满足客户对于电梯的定制化需求,本文介绍了一种家用别墅电梯,可以满足GB/T21739-2008《家用电梯制造与安装规范》对别墅电梯的总体要求。结合别墅建筑的井道特点及现有电梯技术,创新性地给出了电梯井道布置方案,以满足家用电梯对于轿顶及底坑避险空间的要求,同时提高了井道利用率。在轿厢结构设计上,采用龙门架结构,2∶1的绕绳比方式,设计了底托隐藏式悬吊结构,降低下梁高度以满足小底坑深度。最后,利用专业有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench分析了轿架在静载工况下的力学特性,进而确定了该设计方案的可行性,并验证了其结构的合理性。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing non-standard requirement in the current villa elevator market, especially the special shaft dimensions of low overhead and low pit, in order to meet the customized requirement of customers for elevators, here introduces a home villa elevator that can meet the overall requirements for villa elevators in GB/T21739-2008 Code for Manufacturing and Installation of Home Elevators. Combined with the shaft characteristics of the villa building and the existing elevator technology, the elevator shaft arrangement scheme is innovatively given to meet the requirements of the household elevator for the space of the car roof and the bottom pit for avoiding danger, and at the same time, the utilization rate of the shaft is improved. In the car structure design, the gantry structure is adopted with 2∶1 rope ratio, the under slung hidden suspension structure is designed, and the height of the subframe is lowered to meet low pit depth. Finally, the mechanical characteristics of the car frame under each working condition were analyzed by using the professional finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, which then determined the feasibility of the design scheme and verified the reasonableness of its structure.
