极端条件下强冲击测试方法实现技术研究

Research on Implementation Technologies for Strong Impact Testing Methods under Extreme Conditions

  • 摘要: 针对机载设备弹射起飞与拦阻着陆强冲击测试的工程化实现问题开展系统性探索。通过深度结合实测数据应用和现场调试经验,构建了一套完整的强冲击测试技术体系。该体系包含夹具优化设计、波形迭代修正及传感器安装定位等关键实施路径,有效解决了传统测试中存在的冲击环境模拟失真、数据采集可靠性不足以及试验重复性差等痛点问题。研究结果表明,所提出的测试方案为机载设备抗冲击性能评估提供了可靠的试验依据和技术支撑。相关经验可用来指导同类强冲击测试工程实践,具有重要的工程应用价值和推广意义。

     

    Abstract: Abstracts: The systematic exploration was carried out on the engineering implementation challenges of strong impact testing for catapult takeoff and arrested landing. A comprehensive strong impact testing framework has been developed by deep integration of measured data and field experience. This framework includes key elements such as fixture optimization design, waveform iterative refinement and sensor installation positioning. The long-standing issues in conventional testing methods, including impact environment simulation distortion, insufficient data acquisition reliability and poor reproducibility were effectively resolved by these measures. It was found that the proposed testing framework provide a reliable basis for evaluating the impact resistance performance and technical support. The related experience can be used to guide similar strong impact testing engineering practices, demonstrating significant engineering application value and practical implications.
