Abstract:
Abstracts: The systematic exploration was carried out on the engineering implementation challenges of strong impact testing for catapult takeoff and arrested landing. A comprehensive strong impact testing framework has been developed by deep integration of measured data and field experience. This framework includes key elements such as fixture optimization design, waveform iterative refinement and sensor installation positioning. The long-standing issues in conventional testing methods, including impact environment simulation distortion, insufficient data acquisition reliability and poor reproducibility were effectively resolved by these measures. It was found that the proposed testing framework provide a reliable basis for evaluating the impact resistance performance and technical support. The related experience can be used to guide similar strong impact testing engineering practices, demonstrating significant engineering application value and practical implications.
