一种整铸转轮多角度叶片高效检测工装架的设计与应用

Design and Application of an Efficient Detection Tooling Frame for Multi-Angle Blades of Integrally Cast Runners

  • 摘要: 水轮机整体铸造转轮加工后,其叶轮多角度叶片面因属于不规则雕塑面,存在检测点多、手续繁琐的问题。针对此,本文设计了一种整铸转轮多角度叶片高效检测工装架。该工装架依据转轮三维模型制作,通过设置按叶片水平截面特征设计的检测样板,实现对转轮多角度不规则扭曲型线面的高效检测。经实践应用,此工装架简化了检测手续,提升了检测效率与准确性,为水轮机整铸转轮的检测提供了有效解决方案。

     

    Abstract: After the integral cast runner of a water turbine is machined, its impeller's multi-angle blade surfaces, being irregular sculptured surfaces, have the problems of numerous detection points and cumbersome procedures. In response to this, this paper designs an efficient detection tooling frame for multi-angle blades of integral cast runners. This tooling frame is manufactured based on the 3D model of the runner. By setting up detection templates designed according to the characteristics of the horizontal cross-sections of the blades, it realizes efficient detection of the multi-angle irregular twisted profile surfaces of the runner. Through practical application, this tooling frame simplifies the detection procedures, improves detection efficiency and accuracy, and provides an effective solution for the detection of integral cast runners of water turbines.
