Abstract:
With the rapid development of modern automotive technology, the degree of electronic integration is increasing day by day. These electronic integrated devices and equipment have the possibility of emitting interference signals of different frequencies to the surroundings, thus giving rise to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) problems. EMC not only concerns the driving and riding experience, but also has an impact on vehicle performance and safety. This paper briefly describes the EMC testing methods and focuses on the analysis means and solution processes of anti-interference failure faults in the vehicle electromagnetic compatibility testing. By means of refined network monitoring and working principle analysis, etc., the fault of the electronic accelerator pedal in the test was located. Suggestions for rectification were put forward from the aspects of wiring harness design and enhancement of the immunity of the electronic accelerator pedal, and the problem of anti-interference failure of the whole vehicle was successfully solved, opening up a new path for resolving electromagnetic interference problems.
