基于51单片机的双轴光伏跟踪装置设计

Design of Two-axis Solar Tracking System based on 51 MCU

  • 摘要: 针对当前大型光伏发电站多采用固定式发电模式而造成发电效率低的问题,提出了一种以 STC89C52 单片机作为控制核心,以光敏传感器为寻光元器件,以步进电机为驱动部件的基于51单片机的双轴光伏跟踪装置设计方案。对软、硬件设计及重点技术原理部分进行分析介绍。该方案通过光敏传感器可感知太阳光的方向,利用先进算法控制步进电机自动灵活地调整光伏板的方向,进而有效提高跟踪精度,最终实现提高光电转化效率的目的。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low power generation efficiency caused by fixed power generation mode, a design scheme of dual-axis photovoltaic tracking device based on 51 MCU is proposed, which takes STC89C52 as the control core, photosensor as the light seeking component and stepper motor as the driving component. The software and hardware design and key technical principles are analyzed and introduced. According to the direction of sunlight sensed by the photosensitive sensor, the stepper motor is controlled by an advanced algorithm to automatically and flexibly adjust the direction of the photovoltaic panel, so as to effectively improve the tracking accuracy and finally achieve the purpose of improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
