矿井变电站自动化监测控制系统的设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of Automation Monitoring and Control System for Mine Substation

  • 摘要: 针对矿井变电站监测监控系统现存的数据通信滞后,自动化、智能化水平偏低等问题,该文基于矿用变电站监控系统的主要需求,设计了一种变电站自动化监控系统,不仅设计了系统的主要结构,还分析了其主要监控逻辑与功能;新系统通过对测控装置的集群,集中了变电站内存在间隔的测控功能,通过进行实际应用测试,得出新监控系统删除可使变电站内的数据通信效率提升88.3%,变电站运行故障率降低87.5%,达到较好的监控效果,该设计可为类似工况下矿井变电站监控系统的优化设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In response to the existing shortcomings of data communication lag, low automation and intelligence level in the monitoring and control system of mine substations, a substation automation monitoring system was designed based on the main requirements of the mining substation monitoring system. The main structure of the system was designed, and its main monitoring logic and functions were analyzed. The new system clustered the measurement and control devices and centralized the measurement and control functions of the intervals in the substation. Through practical application testing, it was found that deleting the new monitoring system can improve the data communication efficiency in the substation by 88.3%, reduce the operation failure rate of the substation by 87.5%, and achieve good monitoring effect. This design can provide reference for the optimization design of the monitoring system of mine substations under similar working conditions.
