矿井变电站自动化监测控制系统的设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of Automation Monitoring and Control System for Mine Substation

  • 摘要: 针对矿井变电站监测监控系统现存的数据通信滞后,自动化、智能化水平偏低等问题,该文基于矿用变电站监控系统的主要需求,设计了一种变电站自动化监控系统,不仅设计了系统的主要结构,还分析了其主要监控逻辑与功能。新系统通过对测控装置进行集群化整合,将变电站中分散在各间隔的测控功能集中管理。经过实际应用测试表明,该监控系统优化后,使变电站数据通信效率提升了88.3%,运行故障率降低了87.5%,显著提升了监控效果。该设计可为类似工况下矿井变电站监控系统的优化设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To address issues such as data communication delays and low levels of automation and intelligence in existing monitoring and control systems of mine substations, this study designed an automated monitoring system based on the key requirements of mine substation operations. The system design included both the overall structure and an analysis of its core monitoring logic and functions. By integrating measurement and control devices into a clustered management structure, the new system centralized the previously dispersed monitoring functions across different switchgear bays.Application tests showed that the optimized system improved data communication efficiency by 88.3% and reduced the substation's operational failure rate by 87.5%, significantly enhancing monitoring performance. This design provides a valuable reference for the optimization of monitoring systems in mine substations under similar working conditions.
