免换模压接机参数设计与应用

Design and Application of Parameters for Replacement Free Compression Welding Machine

  • 摘要: 储能系统领域,尤其柜体线束的制作,涉及一次导线端子压接技术。现有技术中一次导线压接通过操作人员使用手工压线钳将端子对侧进行压接,线芯压接完成会产生飞边,接线时不能满足使用需求。为了解决此问题,通过调研正六边形滑动式免换模无级调整控制电动端子机,开发研制对应配置要求、压接参数、系统组成的设备,文中重点对一种正六角免换模压接机结构及设计参数进行了试验,得出了不同规格导线的压接参数,验证了压接参数的准确性且满足工艺要求。该电动端子机能够长时间连续工作,满足端子压接要求,压端子效率提升30%,节约人工成本、减少人员疲劳操作。

     

    Abstract: The field of energy storage systems, especially the production of cabinet wiring harnesses, involves the crimping technology of primary wire terminals. In the existing technology, a single wire crimping is performed by the operator using manual crimping pliers to crimp the opposite side of the terminal. The crimping of the wire core will result in flying edges, which cannot meet the usage requirements during wiring. In order to solve this problem, a research was conducted on a hexagonal sliding type stepless adjustment control electric terminal machine, and equipment corresponding to configuration requirements, crimping parameters, and system composition was developed and researched. The structure and design parameters of a hexagonal non replacement crimping machine were tested, and crimping parameters for different specifications of wires were obtained, verifying the accuracy of crimping parameters and meeting process requirements. This electric terminal machine can work continuously for a long time, meet the requirements of terminal crimping, improve crimping efficiency by 30%, save labor costs, and reduce personnel fatigue during operation.
