齿轮齿条的齿顶齿底干涉的计算校核

Calculation and Verification of Teeth Top and Teeth Bottom Interference of Rack and Pinion

  • 摘要: 针对齿轮与齿条的啮合过程,该文分别分析了齿轮齿顶与齿条齿底的干涉,以及齿轮齿底与齿条齿顶的干涉情况,推导出了避免齿轮齿顶与齿条齿底、齿条圆角与齿轮齿面、齿轮齿根与齿条齿顶及齿轮过渡曲线与齿条齿面发生干涉的判别式。同时,推导得出了斜齿轮渐开线起始圆半径及避免发生根切的判别条件。最后,通过一个算例进行了计算校核,并利用 SolidWorks 建立了齿轮与齿条装配体的三维模型,验证了公式的正确性。上述判别式为齿轮齿条类机械产品的设计与校核提供了重要的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Focusing on the meshing process between the pinion and rack, this paper analyzes the interference between the top of teeth of the pinion and the bottom of teeth of the rack, as well as between the bottom of teeth of the pinion and the top of teeth of the rack. Discriminant formulas were derived to prevent interference between the pinion top of teeth and rack bottom of teeth, between the fillet of the rack and the pinion tooth surface, between the pinion tooth root and the rack top of teeth, and between the transition curve of the pinion and the rack tooth surface. In addition, the starting radius of the helical pinion's involute and the discriminant condition for avoiding undercut were derived. Finally, a numerical example was conducted for verification, and a 3D model of the pinion-rack assembly was established in SolidWorks to validate the correctness of the formulas. The proposed discriminant expressions provide an important theoretical basis for the design and verification of pinion-rack mechanical products.
