摘要: 为解决传统马铃薯种植效率低,劳动强度大的问题,本设计将马铃薯播种施肥作业一体化结合,通过对开沟器、排肥导肥机构、牵引架旋耕机、取种播种部件、种箱结构、播种勺结构、覆土压实机构等机械传动部件设计并对开沟器进行有限元分析,明确了开沟器在不同工况下的应力应变规律及精准定位的结构薄弱点的策略,为马铃薯播种施肥一体机的优化设计提供科学依据,提升其在农业生产中的作业效率、播种施肥精度以及整体稳定性,有望推动马铃薯种植机械化进程,提高农业生产效益。Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and high labor intensity of traditional potato planting, this design integrates potato sowing and fertilization operation, through the mechanical transmission parts such as ditcher, fertilizer drainage and guidance mechanism, traction frame rotary tiller, seed sowing parts, seed box structure, seed spoon structure, soil covering compaction mechanism, etc.
