Abstract:
In response to the shortcomings of traditional moving and overturning technology in fully mechanized mining face, such as high personnel consumption, high labor intensity of workers, and low efficiency of moving and overturning, in order to effectively improve the moving and overturning speed of fully mechanized mining face, taking the moving and overturning working condition of 3509 fully mechanized mining face in a certain mine as the background, some specific moving and overturning technology schemes and measures are proposed from the optimization of moving and overturning technology and the application of new equipment. By comprehensively applying these schemes and measures, the moving and overturning time of 3509 fully mechanized mining face can be reduced by 50%, and the labor intensity of workers can be reduced, labor time can be shortened, and personnel consumption can be reduced. This study serves as a reference for the rapid relocation and transfer of fully mechanized mining faces under similar working conditions.
