基于改进粒子群算法的二级圆柱齿轮传动优化设计

Optimal Design of Two-Sage Cylindrical Gear Transmission based on Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm

  • 摘要: 常规齿轮传动设计方法存在计算过程繁琐,依赖工程经验,需反复校验等缺点。为此,该文以二级直齿圆柱齿轮传动为研究对象,以齿轮传动机构体积最小为优化目标建立优化模型,并通过改进粒子群算法对齿轮传动优化模型进行进一步优化。结果显示,相对常规齿轮传动设计方法,采用改进粒子群算法优化的齿轮传动系统体积得到了明显减少,优化效果良好。

     

    Abstract: The conventional design method of gear transmission has some disadvantages, such as complicated calculation process, relying on engineering experience and need to check repeatedly. Therefore, this paper takes the two-stage spur gear transmission as the research object, and establishes the optimization model with the minimum volume of the gear transmission mechanism as the optimization objective. The optimization model of gear transmission was optimized by improved particle swarm optimization. The results show that compared with the conventional gear transmission design method, the volume of the gear transmission system optimized by the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is significantly reduced, and the optimization effect is good.
