Research on Failure Rate and Reliability Test of the Stirring Transmission System

  • 摘要: 搅拌传动系统在稀土冶炼分离生产线中属于主体设备,决定着生产线能否实现连续性运行。该文通过采集搅拌传动系统的实际运行以及实验室模拟运行过程中随机发生的故障数据,并结合学术界认可的设备可靠性研究方法进行分析,得到并明确了搅拌传动系统发生故障时所遵循的规律,此规律可为搅拌传动系统在实际应用中的故障诊断提供重要的数据支持。

     

    Abstract: The stirring transmission system is the main equipment in the rare earth smelting separation production line, which determines whether the production line can achieve continuous operation. By collecting the actual operation of the stirring transmission system and the random failure data in the laboratory simulation operation process, combined with the scientific analysis of the equipment reliability research methods recognized by the academic community, the regularity of the failure of the stirring transmission system is clarified, which provides important data support for the practical application of the stirring transmission system.
