基于Ansys Workbench的间冷岛用清洗装置桁架结构优化设计

Optimization Design of the Truss Structure of the Cleaning Device for Intercooling Island based on Ansys Workbench

  • 摘要: 以间冷塔用清洗装置桁架为研究对象,采用DesignModeler建立桁架模型,对桁架梁结构的启动、静载及吊装情况进行静力分析,对桁架的强度和刚度进行校核,以位移、综合应力及桁架质量为约束条件,对桁架梁截面的型材进行尺寸结构优化,通过相应曲面分析和目标驱动优化分析找到设计优化点,使优化后的桁架既能满足强度的要求,又能减少材料,从而达到降低成本的目的。

     

    Abstract: Taking the cleaning device truss for intercooling towers as the research object, a truss model is established by using the DesignModeler. Static analysis is conducted on the truss beam structure under startup, static load, and lifting conditions. The strength and stiffness of the truss are checked, and the size and structure of the cross-section profiles of the truss beam are optimized by using displacement, comprehensive stress, and truss quality as the constraints. Through the corresponding surface analysis and goal driven optimization analysis, the design optimization points can be found, so that the optimized truss can not only meet the requirements of strength, but also reduce materials, achieving the goal of reducing costs.
