齿轮箱体型腔结构对轴承润滑性能的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Gearbox Cavity Structure on Bearing Lubrication Performance

  • 摘要: 高铁齿轮箱的润滑效果对于高铁的运行稳定性至关重要。该文通过数值模拟仿真实验,探究不同结构参数对齿轮箱润滑效果的影响。研究结果显示:在转速提升的过程中,集油盒平面的润滑油平均体积分数呈下降趋势,而平均油速则相应上升。当径向距离增大时,集油盒平面的油量随之增加,但油速却有所降低。因此适当增加箱体轴距离可以改善输出端轴承的润滑效果,然而,若增加过多,将可能导致搅油损失。导油筋宽度对集油盒平面的润滑效果具有显著影响,增加导油筋宽度会使润滑油体积分数增加,但油速减小。为了实现最佳的润滑效果,需要根据实际工况和润滑需求对相关参数进行优化调整,以延长使用寿命,提高机械设备的整体性能。

     

    Abstract: The lubrication effect of high-speed rail gear box is very important to the running stability of high-speed rail. In this paper, the influence of different structure parameters on the lubrication effect of gearbox was studied by numerical simulation experiments. The results show that the average volume fraction of oil on the oil collecting box plane decreases while the average oil velocity increases. When the radial distance increases, the oil volume in the oil collecting box increases, but the oil velocity decreases. Proper increase of the wheelbase can improve the lubrication effect of the output end bearing, however, if the increase is too much, it may lead to oil mixing loss. The width of the oil guide bar has a significant influence on the lubrication effect of the plane of the oil collecting box. Increasing the width of the oil guide bar will increase the volume fraction of the oil, but reduce the oil speed. In order to achieve the best lubrication effect, the relevant parameters need to be optimized and adjusted according to the actual working conditions and lubrication requirements, which can extend the service life and improve the overall performance of the mechanical equipment.
