Technological Optimization Simulation of Connecting Rod

  • 摘要: 为保证连杆加工精度及其使用过程中的刚度,其关键措施是优化连杆毛坯结构,选择合理的粗、精基准以及提高连杆的工艺性。基于现代制造技术和加工技术的研究应用,对连杆小头过渡圆弧尺寸及定位槽结构进行优化,以实现连杆工艺性的提高。采用VERICUT软件对连杆加工路径、加工参数及刀具长度等进行仿真优化。在设置好安全距离的前提下,得到最优刀具长度。在刀具长度、干涉间寻找平衡点,进一步提高连杆加工工艺性。

     

    Abstract: To ensure the machining accuracy and stiffness of the connecting rod during use, optimizing the structure of the connecting rod blank, selecting reasonable coarse and fine benchmarks, and improving the processability of the connecting rod are the key measures. Based on research and application of modern manufacturing technology and processing technology, the small end transition arc's size and the positioning slot's structure of the connecting rod are optimized to improve the connecting rod process. The VERICUT software is used to simulate and optimize the processing path, processing parameters and tool length of connecting rod. Under the premise of setting a safe distance, the optimal tool lengthis obtained; then finding a balance point between tool length and interference thus it could further improve the machining process of connecting rods.
